Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent is an advantage
Equip with T1 qualification and Safety Supervisor Certificate
At least 3 years solid site experience in building renovation projects
Supervise and manage site issues (including quality, safety, environment), handle the construction drawings, work with sub-contractors in different trades & follow up the site progress, etc
Proficient in computer applications will be an advantage, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel, AutoCAD etc
Mature, proactive and strong interpersonal skill
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Foreman

Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Technology / Construction Management / Architectural Studies or equivalent
3-4 years at least experience in equivalent position
Experience on working for chain store project is preferable
Knowledge in Hong Kong building regulations is an advantage
Travel to China may require; experience in China or Macau is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua
Independent and self-motivated
